no one has an EUV light source being used today.

TRW has an EUV source being used at Sandia for the 10X microstepper test bench. Some components are supplied by SDL.

There are at least six papers on different EUV source concepts being presented at the SPIE microlithography conference in March.

CYMI has a concept which they feel will lead to a superior EUV light source than that described by EUV LLC.

Bob's and your technical expertise have a way of ameliorating people's anxieties.

For the layman, what this means is that CYMI feels they are likely to have the superior alternative for future generations of lithography.
