How can you be so sure? What about disappointing earnings and no split -- now THAT would be a double whammy!

JMHO.

Strange activity in MSFT today - a day before options expiration.
Notice how the volume was more than Dell and Intel but gains were smaller. Considering Intel's gains, its volume should have been a lot higher.

Lookout next week - it the markets are neutral or up, MSFT will explode in my opinion.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to announce a 2 for 1 stock split after announcing the quarterly earnings? Let's see when is quarterly earnings.....Hhhmmmm..

The MSFT earning link says earnings will be released the week of Jan 18. Is this expiration week or the week after expirations?
