Seems to me, that lawsuits like this are part of everyday business in the US...does this lawsuit surprise you?....

bitter one,

Give it up. You lost. Game is over. Almost everyone who has bought this stock in the last 18 months has/is making a lot of money. The MAT deal insures that the shorts will not get a chance to get their money back. By the time the deal closes, the stock will be over 30. If the deal were to close today TLC would be worth more than 28 which is pretty good considering the 52 week range is between 13 and 32.

Your premiss that the small investor would be left holding the bag, like most of your predictions, ended up being completely off base. The small investor has done very well with this stock and many of us have done much better than the big guys like Thomas Lee&Co.

What ever happened to your predictions for single digits?? I thought no one would ever touch TLC because they had cooked books. Quite to the contrary, MAT is offering nearly 4 billion dollars!

I feel sorry for the shorts who bought the negative hype and crap you and people like Governman have been spewing for more than a year. Not only did they miss an opportunity to triple their money, but now they have little chance of recouping their losses.

Re: the lawsuit

Grow up or get educated. This suit, like all other anti-merger suits, isn't worth the paper it is printed on. Mergers are decided by shareholder votes, not by disgruntled investors. Man, you really are a novice.

Too bad this short didn't work out for you. Better luck next time.

FF

Paulie,
At last check the Canadians are in the cellar of the Northeast division. They've won 8 games. That's 8 more than those poor old TLC shorts who followed your diligent guidance since September. At least the Habs can make a move between now and MAT-TLC close date. So, what else looks good to you?
