OT--
Is there any site on the net that will perform a function such as look for the lowest price for an object from the net? For example, I want to buy a certain book. I go to this site and it searches through the web looking for all the prices. If it doesn't exist, anyone want to help me build such a program? I have no skills. I just have great ideas. That makes me perfect for the net. hehe.

Skeets,

Thanks for the CDWC suggestion; MMV likes XRX, significant overseas sales there. I've been building turnstiles at several of the fire exits for LLTC and XLNX. I noticed in one of your posts you thought the decline in ALTR might preceede XLNX? Do you expect the market for logic chips will crack before the mixed-signal market? What is the replacement factor for logic chips with date encoding due to Y2K? My guess is it's very small. My understanding is very few of those old chips are date dependent.

best, art
