We develop limps. Physically, to ease the stress on the injury, until it is better. And mentally. This is normal. Really. Completely; it just doesn't feel normal. Limping is good, protection, and then it's retained through pain-learned habit.

Go slow.

Don't try to go too fast through this.

You have to admit, it's new territory.

(I'm sorry about my slow response, I'm preparing some whimpy plants outside for cold weather.)
