<That is the real problem. No one else seems to want it now, even at 15 bucks.>

Yes, this is the "real problem". And you have to ask yourself why is that?? Would people have been willing to pay more than 15 if they would have seen CREAF act more aggressively initially?? The amount of selling pressure is unbelievable at these levels. Would people be willing to sell at 15 if they thought CREAF was doing well this quarter?? Would people sell now if CREAF pre-announced good earnings? Whatever happened to the goal of reducing volatility.....14 to 18.5 to 14 is not what I call reduced volatility or stability. I'm fairly disgusted with the whole situation. The only thing that is going to help things is solid earnings for several quarters. I don't see much if any upside potential this quarter given the challenging estimates. Hopefully I will be wrong and there will be significant upside, but if that's the case then they will have to come in at some of the high ranges they gave as guidance. I'd love to see this thing take one more run at 20 so I can bail for good. Two years of this crap is enough. Even if the fundamentals remain strong and continue to look solid, I think this stock will continue to under perform its fundamentals due to lack of respect and no relationship with WS. IMO, Sim should seek out a suitor who can restore reasonable value to this stock.

Good luck,

FF
