Are you sure you read that right? Are you saying that they want to dilute the market cap of this stock by 25% just for employee incentive? They only have about 3500 employees. That would be over 6000 shares per employee. That can't be correct. That number must refer to something else. I don't have a proxy statement so I can't see myself. Maybe someone could post the actual paragraphs.

Maybe it's 25% of their salaries? That would make more sense and I really wouldn't have any problem with that. After all, they are the people that helped them make money. And if CREAF wants to reward them now, than that sounds like a very good sign for the quarter. It seems like a very encouraging sign actually. I need to find out more about this.
