I was just thinking what if CREAF bought Nvida and made a large bid for tdfx?

Also cut the SBL cost buy half ran AUREAL and dimd out of BIZ in one clean cut... after the dust we hold all the cards : )

Thanks for posting those proposals Jon. It is confusing. It sounds like the first is just a contingency move to provide them with a higher share ceiling. Perhaps a poison pill? Doesn't say much else to clarify it.

The option scheme is even more confusing. I can't seem to make any sense of the numbers but it seems like it's a 5 year plan. They need to get someone to explain it. But neither proposal really sounds to me like a significant problem for shareholders.

BTW, with the buy back, Sim should be up around 30% by now.
