Rick... I'm 48 years old and battle seasoned. (Not nearly enough though.) I'm a cynic and very observant. Correlate everything. Keep your perspective. Love nothing that can't love you back. And this includes you KOB holdings. In the market, your only protection is your cynicism and your DDs. All of the companies out there are selling something. Just like fishmongers. Don't be afraid of takin' a profit now and then. It lessens your risk and hurts nothing. Your job, as an independent investor, is to hone your bullshit detector to a fine edge. Start by questioning everything and keeping EVERYTHING in context. Sure, Christie is doing a great job. He acting as our eyes and ears. But, truth be told, he has his own agenda. Be cautious. Less Maalox that way. I pity your poor stomach when that water showed up a couple weeks ago. smile Been there. Done that. JL
