Just spoke with the ALTS's invest relate person. I asked about the lawsuit and she indicated that no information has been available to her (or them -LH) to pass on to shareholders/interested parties. I asked if ALTS was going to make a public annoucement about their (ALTs's) official response/defense/settle to the class-action complaint that was filed. She did not know how ALTS was looking to proceed and she simply had zero info about that matter at this time. -JH
