It seems pretty clear to me that NN is monetizing the value of it's investment in these affiliates. I would speculate that this is a planned course of action to raise shareholder value before a sale/merger with a larger partner. Only time will tell. Does anyone know if these prices they are getting for the affiliates are in line with the value the analysts are assigning to the affiliates. I seem to remember many posters on this board discussing how the market has undervalued these affiliates in the past. Rob
