Wait a minute, i beg to differ..I have seen people sue each other for tips that have gone bad and they I have seen the tipster lose, I have seen tipsters who were long give a tip..only to sell as everyone else rushed in..For Tex to gain my vote he would have to remain flat for at least a minut or two minutes until after he recommends something as a buy..he should buy when you buy and tell you when he sells..That is what I do..that is ethical and it is also fair and he also shouldnt lie about his results.

My friend, what he is doing is illegal...He has set up a scheme where he takes a position in a stock, touts it to his membership who pays him for the privilege of making him money, and then he dumps the stock as they buy. This is called frontrunning and it is illegal. He is also acting as an investment advisor and is not licensed to do so. This is illegal under the 1940 sec act. I know this for a fact but I'm not going to look it up for anyone.
