Whoa! Taking an oath in front of your GOD, whom you place above everyone else, is just a little "promise" that you can break with nonchalance?! It will be wonderful to see the RR (the same guys who would say that obeying God is much much more important than following the law) defending that viewpoint! ---- "Oh, that? That was just a promise made to God! No big deal!!!!" :-) :-) Looks like the Republicans think that it is OK to lie as long as the lying wasn't done under oath in a court of law!!!! Trust, dignity, honor, character... -- well, they all just went through the window! Great! They have got fire ants all over the body now! What's Tom DeLay doing? Looks like he is pathetic at pest control! Surely the competition must have run him out of his job and so, he chose to become an ex-exterminator!
