There seems to be some rather ebullient optimism on this thread.
Reality Check- Yamana has found some erraticly mineralized high grade silver veins that are actually quite small. Even if they prove up the touted 10 million ounce silver deposit, that is the equivalent of a 167,000 ounce gold deposit, not exactly something that will bring Barrick to the table.

Agreed that positive news from ARP will drive YRI, even if
it's like comparing Victoria/Yellowknife weather as far as
distance is concerned. Positive recommendations and Comex
AG dropping a huge 1.9M ozs from Dec 10 will help come 1999.
