Hello again Penni, <Otherwise the entire judicial system becomes a farce---which is precisely what is happening.> Isn't it disgusting! And by the market hovering near peak, the great majority is saying "aw shuttup you whinners, the governments inflating this nice bubble for you to make you not care". Your use of the word "farce" struck a chord with me as I've had that opinion of the market for a year and a half. The market has become an obvious, pure, fundamental-ignoring Ponzi - and no one cares. Now Clinton's spin doctors are trying to make us not care about the law. I'm sure you're aware of the wonderful job our educational system has been doing lately - just read 30% of college candidates need remedial reading, writing, or math to get in now. We're truly living in the midst of what appears to be a powerfully organized dumbing-down of Americans. I'm beginning to lose confidence this isn't a temporary thing. regards, & Happy Holidays, Tom
