here's the information... the TA is Matt Troster.... 732-872-2727... get clearance from Calkins first... Matt wouldn't divulge any information over the phone to me without the prior consent of Calkins. then..... find out the Authorized shares, the # of O/S shares, the # in the public float... see if he'll give you any information on the number of restricted shares and how long they're locked up for... FWIW....he's not the chattiest person, I couldn't charm any extra information out of him at all.... also ask him where the company is incorporated... I don't recall this information being posted... and I sadly admit I hadn't thought about it.
