Have been away from the thread for a few days. Really enjoyed reading all the posts. Great stuff.
I do not have a high miles job but am having a few problems with 87 Corvette. Have had since new. Has 92000 miles on it and have used Mobile I since first oil change. I change oil and filter whenever the oil is not that beautiful golden colour (2000 miles).
Just replaced the two main drive shaft u joints but still have loose feeling in the drive train every time I am coasting and then apply the gas lightly. I think it could be transmission or the diff. This is a R700 automatic. Only happens when I am in 4th gear over 43 miles per hour. Transmission reconditioning here is about $1200. CND.
Any hints.
Also, before we miss out; have a safe and happy holiday season everyone and best wishes for a prosperous and healthy new year.
Snowed today, very rare for Vancouver Island on the coast.
Steve.

I talked to Rocky some time ago. Last I heard he had a RHD DB6. I guess its time to call him again. So what kind of AM do you have.
