Chris, I don't know about the MM's, I've seen BB stocks trade very strangely but I wouldn't be surprised if most of the trading was done by computer programs. I think it's significant that there are 14 market makers in the stock, presumably they expect some business. But seriously, what's the point of offering to buy at .02 and sell at .62 as one of them does?
Anyway, I've noticed that the buggers tend to raise the ask after I buy. I did buy 20,000 shares at .055 yesterday and up it went to .06. Then a trade went through for 11,000 at .055 and 10 seconds later the ask was at .07.
The truth is out there.

As has been said here a zillion times, this stock needs patience. It's an infant of a company and needs time to crawl before it's able to walk, much less run. Pacel seems to have quite a few benevolent shareholders in spite of what has been happening, now it's up to the company to deliver performance and earn some trust. Trust and credibility are everything, without it you are nothing.

Merry Christmas to all and wishes for a prosperous and happy 1999.
