That is question number one, and the House has been debating that issue all day long.

Reasonable doubt question number 2: It is a consensus of opinion that if Clinton was put on trial for perjury and obstruction of justice, after he left office, it would be almost impossible to get a conviction.

How can we throw a President out of office for something that is not clearly impeachable, and for something for which they could not get a conviction in a court of law?
