Martin, Perhaps it is that the potential buyer wants to see the results of 4 factors before agreeing to a buyout price that is higher than they are ready to accept. 1)How well MUSE sells in foreign countries where MUSE is fully launched and detailed to PCPs and Viagra is also fully launched. 2)To see exactly what the ACC will have to say in their January publication of the JACC. 3)To see if 2) is the final straw to get the FDA to admit that Viagra must be black boxed. 4)To see what the domestic prescription trends look like concerning MUSE/Viagra over the next month or two.
