It seems to me that if he was concerned about panic selling, at the very least he could have issued a PR about the reverse split. There are going to be some VERY pissed off people when they find out on Monday. They will interpret this as the company doing this behind their backs, and then not even notifying them. Actually, that is not an interpretation, it is a fact. Not a good way to run a business IMO. Certainly not the way to earn shareholder trust.
