He was taken for a loop! He thought it was coming but he was not sure. His lawyer went ahead and filed with the OTCBB before he knew about it. He was shocked that I knew. If people do panick and it goes down to nothing I'm loading up! This is a real company. He sis not to any pumping when the stock shot up to 2 bucks so he does not feel responsible for the people who went for the momentum run. But he does feel obligated to anyone holding at this point. The fact that the Web site is down is telling me that he is taking promt action to inform any investors out there. If he adresses this promptly then I will buy more on any further dips.
