Pae,

You have to install a network driver and thin MS client. Its a painful task at best. NT server will build the boot disks with the MS thin client on it. You have to hand edit the NDIS or ODI configurations for your NIC and then use the boot diskette. Then run DI after you have booted and logged on to your network. You don't really need NT server to do this just the main boot diskette it makes and potentially many hours/days/weeks of configuration. NT 4.0 Server Resource Kit discusses this. Microsoft SMS is the high end solution for doing things like this.
