Jay, Thanks for the effort. A couple of comments.

VLNC already has more than 25 million shares outstanding. Certainly more are to be issued as Castle Creek converts preferred shares to common. IMO, you should use a minimum of 30 million shares.

Also, IMO it is quite optimistic to assume VLNC will capture a 20% share of the laptop and cellphone markets in the first year of production.
