from their Dec. 15 press release....

As part of the acquisition of LMAC, the company raised $1 million, changed its name from Charter Investor Relations of North America Inc., to Millionaire.Com, appointed a new board of directors and changed its offices to Bluffton. The company also effectuated a 3 for 1 forward stock split which is effective with the commencement of business on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 1998.

I posted this objectively over there hoping to spark some skeptical discussion. But not.

So basically, the stock is valued at roughly $1-2? Do I read this right, you can buy all the shares of a worthless company, change the name to reflect a ".com" at the end of it and begin trading it? I mean no business, just an idea or a concept?

It was a good trading stock, but just try not to be the last one stuck with the bag of worthless ideas.
