I believe your latter description is correct. This is exactly what I was trying to point out the other day. Look at last 1/4 results. The cost of goods sold line item is the number to focus on. If the "P" and "Q" behind cost of goods sold is as I guess it is, primarily Edge minutes of use, we should see your second seniario play out. Think about it. The cost should fall from around $0.18 to $0.07 as I believe Joe Med. pointed out? WOW, is this cool.

I think it is very possible that IIXC is trying to act quickly to make us an offer, as this just further takes out one more middle man. Additionally, if we did sign more deals in Spain, IIXC should be salivating to make this happen sooner than later. If they wait too long and we do announce Spain deals, our price could demand closer to $20 because of increased revenue. Remember the Euro dollar is available in Jan! This makes this very attractive. This will be a major change. American companies have been holding off on Europe, just waiting for the Euro dollar because of billing system challenges. The only two other alternatives I can think of are: the law suit BS, and Cyberfax spin off. I believe the law suit issue could be construed as shareholder value, but this seems very unlikely and I personally dismiss it. The Cyberfax spinoff on the other hand is very real. I think the IIXC deal allowed more traffic on Cyberfax?
