B: REP. LIVINGSTON WON'T ACCEPT HOUSE SPEAKERSHIP, TO RESIGN Washington-Dec. 19-FWN--REP. BOB LIVINGSTON (R-La.) today announced that he won't seek speakership of the House of Representatives, and will resign from the House within the next few months. Livingston said he could not, under present circumstances, accept House speakership and would set an example by stepping aside. He said his decision to do so is for the good of the country, and called on President Clinton to resign from office, also, for the good of the country. Thoughts on impact of this?

Anybody know if any of the news channels did an airport security piece last night? I am pretty heavy on INVN and would like to know if they may get some kind of boost from any news pieces. Thanks
