I think you meant to say that histrionics,etc., reveal his disingenuousness, right? Otherwise, what's the point of using words like histrionics and hyperbole? Of course, I suppose its possible you don't really know the meaning of them. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on using "You" instead of "Your" to start your sentence.
