Chief, I think it might be timely to restate the purpose of the thread from time to time, because the parameters of the thread may get fuzzy in all of our minds, LOL...what mind is left, that is!!

Realtime, means "Realtime" as it happens, so to speak..A concept that speaks volumes when discussing what happens online...Not tomorrow, not next week, not next year, but right now at this very millisecond, nanosecond, or at least today as we experience it..

I think you stated earlier, if a daytrade turns into a hold for anymore than 48 hrs, its no longer to be mentioned on this thread, is that correct? Technically, it is no longer a daytrade if we hold it overnight, but it happens to everyone from time to time,,,moi, too and I won't mentioned my stock thats "tenking" ever again..<<ggg>>

Also, you have given us some leeway to discuss stocks outside of market hours, but not to pump our favorite pick of the week, or year or century...whatever..

Correct me if I'm wrong in any of those points I have stated so ineloquently..:)

Chief

Do you use any charting programs or scan programs to find potential day trades for the following day ? I don't remember you mentioning using any programs such as Supercharts or Metastocks but I was just curious. I've been looking for a scan program or filtering product out there to screen the markets by basic technical indicators. Is there anything you would recommend or use that you wouldn't mind sharing.

Thanks in advance
