PSFT is getting trashed by SAP, Look at BAANF, Pricing pressures by the big boys always hurts the little guys the most. Not that Sales of like 1.5 bil is chum change but their earnings are only like 70 cents so even now PSFT is trading at a P/E of 25 or so with a 60% growth rate. Now a fair value for the company would be 40-45 but is SAP keeps it up then it will hurt growth. CA is also in a similar situation but due to the Y2K problem. Now if you have a 5+ year time horizon, buying like 10 of these companies is good for retirement since they are strogn companies and at least 5 of them will come out even stronger. Where else can you buy companies at such discounts? ADPT, NSM, CA, PSFT, BMCS etc.. I was looking at some of the others like TXN, DS, NVLS etc but heck I hate keeping free cash and when you get your buying chances you dont have any money, usualy.
