Front-running is illegal if you are deemed an Investment Advisor and do not disclose your position. TokyoMex is not an investment advisor nor does he say he is. He makes it very plain that he is just giving people his calls. The guy is an attorney and has consulted Securities Lawyers and they said he was OK. Another point-- I watch Time and Sales and he buys the instant he sends out the Email alerts. He is not Front Running. I make a LOT of money on his calls. Sorry to offer a different opinion-- but what is your goal in bashing him? I see his thread no different than this thread where Anthony makes calls. Great thread BTW Anthony and all contributors.....
