>>As if you didnt know. Kinda hard to figure this one out, I like the guy more than any
other presidents but he did some wrongs, but he was also set up to do those wrongs in
a way.<<

Who set him up other than his own libido?

>>People can talk a lot, but unless they were put in a similar position in those kinds
of conditions you can not judge the man.<<

I believe our justice system requires the jury to consider the facts of the case; and not that the jury consist of people who were in similar situations. Although he will be judged by senators who are politicians and I do not believe that 2/3 of the senators will find him guilty.

I respect your opinions on stocks and also on National Affairs
having read this post on Clinton. Entrapment and then accusations
expecting him to lie actually since he allegedly had done it
with P. Jones. He really didn't know how much they had....and
like most human beings.... with all our foibles..he tried to
protect his family, his friends and he just dug himself into
a hole from which he could not extricate himself... What would anyone
of us have done in a similar situation. Walk in his shoes.

Sad thing to have happened...

Sadder still the bombing where so many poor defenseless...
civilians are suffering as they have from the embargo. I would hope
in this new year we could adopt a more humanitarian position...and
do more of the humanitarian things about which IKE often speaks
Having just been two weeks in
the Islam World, I think that our bombing during Ramadam is
an awful mistake.....IMHO only.... SUMA

Well, I don't think the Republicans have a slam dunk to
impeach Clinton in the Senate, because they need 67 votes
and bipartisanship may not be the order of the day.

Personally, I'm amazed at the level of hatred a certain faction
of our people and leaders have for Clinton. He certainly strikes
a chord in some people that I'm not affected by at all. To me,
he's a guy that is able to compromise and keep everyone reasonably
happy, isn't that what a politician is supposed to do?

About the lying stuff, who cares? He lied about getting a well..
you know. What else could he lie about that would possibly matter?
Lie about meeting with world leaders? Lie about bombing Iraq?
What are people so worried he's going to lie about? Maybe he has
the real goods on the Roswell, NM alien capture and he's lying about it. I think this whole thing is national embarassment, and I have
growing disdain for those staunch Clinton haters.

As far as the republicans, they are suffering severe collatoral
damage and Clinton is still there. So far, we have Newt Gingrich,
and Livingstone gone, and perhaps still counting when the next
election rolls around. Good thing they had a speaker in reserve who
hasn't cheated on his wife, which seems to be the standard today for
our leaders.
