You do expect the law to help you everytime you engage a fire department or an ambulance. Stop generalizing, it's very annoying.

I'm only asking questions, for all I know the answer to my question is that there's not word one that says the fellow can't do what he's doing.

You're reading an awful lot into this discussion.

Don't call people "idiot," it's not condusive to a proper discussion.

Street, the serious issue that we all need to think about is that MORE regulation almost always stems from operations like TM and his SA. The methods he uses every day will almost certainly be viewed negatively by both public and private entities - and the arena in which he operates is subject to strong scutiny.

I for one do not want to see him and his types drive the regulators into a situation where they feel compelled to enact regulations that will make it more difficult for individual traders. I assure you that this can happen.

TM needs to be more careful to do his part to protect our position.
