Liar? Like in, "I was out of the loop"? Like in, "Clarence Thomas is the best man for the job"? Like in "Read my lips"?

That was just Clinton's predecessor, I think you could find similar instances from most presidents. Of course, Clinton had the privilege of being the first to be harassed by civil litigation funded by very rich political opponents. But who knows, maybe all future Presidents will have that privilege.
