KHS, I will say this much. Let us see how the script numbers look over the next 3 weeks and see what the ACC has to say about Viagra. After these events, Vivus will have a conference call in January and he will either announce a partnership or a buy out. If he has nothing productive to offer us then he better have a lot of explaining to do and give us specifics as to why Vivus has not been able to finalize a deal. If he has no buyer no partner and no explanations then I suggest we start a new thread dedicated solely to share holders organizing to replace Leland Wilson with a CEO who is more in tune with reality and the share holders.
