"Some day we can hope that John and his silent partners, can get beyond this arrogance of not reporting and actually file something on the record. Then we can maybe understand which RMC the stockholders can be excited for and whether any of this announcement has any significance whatsoever, other than your saying that it does."

Have you ever been involved in business negotiations?

Do you have the slightest idea what is involved in acquisitions,
alliances, mergers, etc.?

Why not call John and ask him about the financial statements since
you do not take any one else's word for it and bring it up almost
daily like a broken record?

We previously negotiated a buy back of stock for the companies that
I am part owner of to have full control and yes, there is much more
to business negotiations and financial disclosure than anyone thinks
would be the case.

Obervant little cup cake aren't you?..... however, let's examine NRPI's prior press release....

NEW ORLEANS, LA. (Aug. 14) BUSINESS WIRE -Aug. 14, 1998--National
Rehab Properties Inc. (OTC BB:NRPI) Friday announced that it has received a $2.5 million loan commitment from Realty Money Center, Las Vegas, for the purchase and rehabilitation of homes.

so.... I would disagree with this statement of yours......

I would have to conclude that there is no relationship with the entity that has been announced as part of PRWT.

It would appear that NRPI has the trouble distinguishing the proper company name. If I recall, this plagued us when we first heard about Realty Money Centers... is this not right?... you should also note that the amount of money announced has not changed..... hmmmm a coincidence????.... a bit far fetched, don't you think?

Is there somebody here who is also an investor with NRPI????... can you clear this up any?

and IMO.... a better avenue to pursue would be to find out if NRPI has received any of this money from RMC... since this PR is dated in August....
