Yes there is a wharehouse being built there!!! It is just off 278 (the gateway to Hilton Head). I can't say that I as of yet I feel MLRE deserves such a lofty valuation but I can say that Mr. White apparantly has very big plans for this and from the people I spoke with he is VERY credible and very well liked. I have found a couple of common aqcuaintences that he and I share and I have no reason to doubt them whatsoever. He is described as a very smart, honest, and down to earth guy. I look forward to meeting him in the future. Sure wish I could have met him a few weeks ago!!!!! Could have been a pretty profitable meeting!!!!!
