FRANK, FRANK, FRANK!!! Where is your perspective? You're acting like a goon!!! This is a very serious charge you made against Dell for incompetence. I think you better have your facts straight since your statement was made on the internet and SI could also be held libel for promoting fallacious information. That is just BULLS**T and the only purpose would be to intimidate annette into not posting - or in fact, anyone else who might have something negative to say. I would assume that you have no idea how many SI posters have EVER faced any legal action for their postings, or what the results of those actions were, or how egregious their posts might have been. I am really offended by the attitude you have displayed, it is abusive, mean spirited and also completely unfounded. You should be looking to a response like TigerPaw's, which lays out some of the context for a meaningful discussion on this topic, instead of spouting nonsense about legal action. Let me know how your communications are treated by DELL legal - if they have any sense they will tell you to pound salt, in as nice a way as possible of course.
