I believe for less than six months, PanAmerican Bancorp has supplied a lot of information and exhibited a tremendous potential. How many companies that started in the last half of 1998 have several web sites, multiple press releases and a full time investor relations person, who incidentally is very nice. The last web site update contained some preliminary financial information. Chew on that for awhile and wait patiently or move on. GO PRWT AND GREEN BAY PACKERS!!!!

Ah, yes the usual refrain. Call the company. Like they are going to tell me the whole truth.You know I don't trust what companies say. Who will tell you the TRUTH jhild? Filing with the SEC is the real and proper way to get answers. Agreed! We can't really know until they do file now can we? So why don't you keep YOUR OPINIONS to yourself till they do? They have to file soon or be sent away to the dreaded "pink sheets" correct? If this is true why do you INSIST on the your CONSTANT posting about the filings? You can post a 1000 times jhild and it's not going to change a DAM THING so why don't you give it a rest at least until after the HOLIDAYS? Or complain to the SEC seeing how YOU are so SURE that "the company"is a scam and YOU WANT THAT WRITE UP in Fortune like Janice got? Because that's what this is all about when you get right down to it isn't jhild, JEALOUSY & ENVY?(are you green yet?) Why are you still bashing them for not filling. By the post from you that I'm copying below. You have already figured when they do file it won't be right so what is the difference. I think from the tone of this copied post from you, we all know what your next bashing attack will be when they do file. So why don't you just admit no matter what this company does it will not be right in your eyes. I mean really you already have them committing fraud with a SEC filing and they haven't even filed. Yet you are screaming they should file. I guess there isn't any danger of you being accused of having a open mind about prwt. You say you are here for the "story". I think you have already written your story. You are just having a hard time getting the real story to fall into your preconceived ideas. Something tells me that with all of their hiding on the issue of filing that when they do, it will just be the beginning. There will likely be far more questions raised than answered. And that the stakes will be much higher, because misrepresenting to the SEC is not nice.
