Seems to be XOMA is in a rush to get the
paperwork done before we hear the results
of Phase III. Maybe if the move happened after the
Phase III results are known XOMA's value would rise, making it more difficult to move. I am waiting
until about the last day to make a final decision
in case some news comes out in the next few days.

Enjoyed Tharos' news about institutional ownership
rising from 8% to 8.7%. It will probably increase
over the next few weeks as the institutions start
taking positions in XOMA before the Phase III results are
announced. I think the price will slowly move
towards $5 because of this buying pressure.
