Rosy also conveniently forgets that the total shares outstanding are
609 million and the float has 209 million shares. I feel the
share issue will be insignificant when a merger is done to be listed
on the NASDAQ sometime in 1999 as rumors on all the threads indicate.
We will be receiving new shares from the resulting company which will
have substantially added value, in my opinion. Nothing that I know
about, just my thoughts.
