My take on the 2700 and the Q Phone. I purchased an original Q for myself and my law partner. The cases cracked steadily over the last year. Friday we went into the local Sprint Store and were immediately given new Q's as well as a whole new executive package. We now have extra batteries and additional car and desk chargers. To my pleasant surprise, the new Q gets better reception than the old. My home is in a dead spot in a canyon. Old phone was a disaster here. New phone seems to be doing OK. Complaint - battery life is limited.

Re: 2700. I got one for my wife. We like it. Strong reception, battery life is not great, but sufficient. The jog dial is very nice.
