Well I KNOW the Dell price is right. I was responding to what I thought was foolish speculation and misreading of the posted article that an SGI Quad Xeon workstation would be $7000. I can't imagine ANYBODY low-balling the Xeons like that for at least another year (or more).

I'd sure hope so. Too much and they won't sell. Too little and SGI is forgetting to "get all the icing first"
