They will not be going back- Saddam will not let them back in according to his latest speech. His VP called the UNSCOM team spies this weekend. Cohen on the morning talk shows said that we will do something "If Saddam seems to be rebuilding his weapons of mass destruction..." But since UNSCOM couldn't find those weapons on the ground while in the country I'd like to know how the US will keep track of the program with no inspectors.

More bad news today is Israel pulling out of the peace process.

Coby - I don't necessarily think ill of them either. On the other hand the business of Cohen and any five-star general is war, is it not?

Joint Chief and Cohen may have decided to act on Richard Butler's report. But, if that report was made to order for the other "joint" (commander in) Chief, they have no way of knowing. Don't you agree?
