TP- (How appropriate). I think Ish might have been referring to the IC (appointed by the AG) and the three judge Court who approved Mr. Starr's actions in developing the referral. The referral triggered the impeachment process. The House indicts. The Senate tries. OK? JLA

The Judicial Branch will oversee the trial in the Senate or is the Chief Justice a part of NASA?

Aside from bad wording, if you remember I said I had no part in the hearings, that was up to our elected officials.
