Art, the right to impeach him is embodied in our constitution. We elected people to administer to that document carefully and in keeping with our founding principles of trust, honesty, integrity and courage. Bill Clinton has shown an amazing propensity to demonstrate a lack of all four. The country isn't run by polls. It's a representative democracy. This issue demonstrates conclusively the wisdom of why our founding fathers decided on that type of government. The constitution and the rule of law must survive. Mob rule can be a very dangerous exercise in ignorance. Michael
