Maybe you should tell that to the Americans who are serving jail sentences for it. RE: Perjury. You must look at the underlying lies which lead to a perjury conviction. When the underlying issue (sex) is trivial then so is event. When the Radicals drug up a few people convicted of perjury, in each case the underlying lie was about criminal wrongdoing. In one case it was related to sex, but sex of a criminal nature. For the good of the country he resigned.
