Hi Richard! You mentioned the name of Montle. Paul who is a resident of Katy, Texas, who is/was Lone Star's CEO, Chairman of the Board, & President, was at one time VTS(Viral Testing Systems), CEO & President. This company is also named, as well as Paul Montle personally, in a SEC fraud complaint. It would appear to me that one should steer as far away from Paul Montle as possible as the charges are more than likely warranted.
