Keith, It appears to me that there are many OTC-BB Stocks that are in the same situation regarding SEC Reporting Status. Can the SEC step in and delist TNRG from the OTC-BB? I have no idea--I have heard a number of different scenarios regarding dates to be fully reporting --however I haven't seen anything factual that appears set in stone! JMO! If TNRG is removed from the OTC-BB then my guess is that they will have a lot of company--JMO!--Will such a major move mean significant lost revenue for market makers etc? My guess would be Yes! Do they have some influence as to the reporting status scenario? I have no idea! Best Regards, Wayne J.
