Bruce, you are obviously correct about the "hope" being new management. But, a word of advice... If a management change is announced look very carefully at what role the current senior management will play. If they continue to have anything to do with the company, watch out! If they are removed from ALL positions of responsibility, including the BOD, and replaced with experienced, management possessing proven track records at this kind of turnaround then it becomes interesting. I think the most critical issue will be how soon? They are quickly eroding their two most significant assets(the good engineering talent that's hung on and their customer base). They can't wait much longer or this will turn into nothing more than a fire sale in another year or so.
